This document provides a comprehensive reference for all field mappings used in the TreeTrace API. Each field is listed with its name and a brief description.

Field Name	Description
sylvamoDDSInternalNumber	Unique internal identifier for the DDS submission, often region-coded (e.g., SYUS-EO-202508).
ddsRequestDate	Date the DDS was submitted.
ddsReferenceNumber	Reference number used in customs declarations.
ddsVerificationCode	Confidential code used to verify the DDS with competent authorities.
ddsStatus	Current status of the DDS (e.g., DRAFT, SUBMITTED, AVAILABLE).
site	Code representing the production site or mill location.
invoiceNumber	SAP invoice number associated with the shipment.
invoiceLineNumber	Line item number on the invoice.
invoiceDate	Date the invoice was issued.
customerSoldToKey	Customer code for the entity purchasing the product.
customerSoldToName	Full name of the customer.
customerPO	Purchase order number from the customer.
customerShipToName	Customer code for the shipping destination.
shipToAddress	Full address where the product is shipped.
invoiceNetTons	Net weight of the shipment in tons.
productionOrder	SAP production order number.
prodType	Internal product type code (e.g., PRD4).
sku	Stock Keeping Unit identifier.
